OUR BEGINNINGS...

Mitchells' Woodworking came into existence in January 1990 when Geoff and Gordon Mitchell, the sons of a carpenter, decided to turn their lifelong love of woodworking into a business.

As their reputation for quality work grew, so did the demand for their cabinetry and other millwork. They quickly outgrew their first shop, a one-car garage, and had to move to three different locations in six years. At this time, a feature story in an issue of Home Magazine brought commissioned work from across the United States.

Today, Mitchells' Woodworking boasts a large display of beautiful, handcrafted furniture and cabinetry. Examples are available for viewing at their online showcase.
